After successfully practicing for over 30 years and completing over 8,000 cosmetic procedures, Dr. Standefer decided he wanted to open a cosmetic surgery center and medspa in the North Dallas area.
He created Fresh Image in 2015, and the name says it all. Our goal is to provide patients with a fresh, natural look. We want them to look like themselves, only more refreshed!
Dr. Standefer wanted to focus solely on facial procedures. We feel that focusing only on the face provides patients with the best, and most experienced results possible. We have since brought on qualified nurse practitioners and injectors to perform medical laser treatments and facial injectables. We recently added BioTE® hormone replacement therapy, because we know that feeling good on the inside is just as important as feeling good on the outside. We are excited to continue to grow by offering only the best treatments to our patients!

As the Medical Director at Fresh Image Cosmetic Surgery Center, Dr. Standefer focuses on providing patients with natural-looking results and remarkable care throughout their entire experience.
Dr. John A. Standefer has 36 years of experience and is double board-certified with the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology
He has successfully performed over 8,000 facial procedures. His success is a composite of extensive, small nuances that are only acquired with the experience of thousands of face and neck procedures.
